Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.
Amenities
What amenities are included?
Our bungalows include air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, and beach access. Each bungalow has its own terrace and access to our infinity pool.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all bungalows and common areas.
Transportation
How do I get to HIMA from the airport?
We can arrange airport transfers for you. The drive from airport takes approximately 3 hours.
Booking & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept transfers from Wise and for smaller payments also cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- • If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you'll be paid 50% for all nights.
- • If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you'll be paid 100% for all nights.
Local Information
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, we have our own restaurant on-site, and there are several local restaurants within walking distance.
What's the best time to visit?
The best time to visit is during April to October, when the waves are at their best for surfing. But, the rainy season (November to March) or as we call it Dreamy Season; is also a great time to visit, as the island is less crowded and the landscape is lush and green.
